5/16/05, Monday, 6 pm quick update: Just shook hands with Villagairosa just a few hours ago!! it was so exciting!! i was walking down Westminster, away from the beach, in venice, and just as i passed abbott kinney, a friend from the burning man and venice , saskia, mommy of isis and spouse with David aka D-Lite (all the most totally awesome people!!!)... pulled up in a van, and asked if I had met the mayor, i said no, and she said the next mayor was at stroh's gourmet on abbott kinney, eating, and i should say hi!! so i walked over there, there was a crowd, and a huge campaign tour bus, and he was eating what looked like a totally awesome meal, and I started talking to a campaign supporter/worker, and told him i really wanted to meet him, and he said go ahead, so i did, even though he was eatoing!!!! so, i went up and he looked up, and said, "Mr. Mayor, I just want to wish you good luck!".. he said thank you, we shook hands, and I let him finish eating!! well , very exciting!! i can't wait till he's mayor!! I just hope everyone turns out tomorrow and votes for villagairosa!! He looked so alive and determined... i do hope he wins, and then joins the battle to legalize all drugs, etc... for now, i am sure he will be way better than hahn... that is just my gut feeling! V is a warm, loving person... h looks like a cold fish!! i pray that v wins, and d3estroys the venice boardwalk lottery system!! Friday the 13th of May, 2005 Determined not to make this an unlucky day! Everyone thinks of the 13th as bad luck. Well, it ain't! I mean, every day is what we make it! Also, even if the number 13 did have any effect on the day, it could be a positive effect: death and then REBIRTH!!!! Death of what is up to us!! If it is death of our will to live, then yes, it would be an unlucky day!! If it is the death of a loss of hope, then it is a wonderful death and rebirth!!! Death and rebirth is up to us, not up to the stars!! That is obvious!!! and, it is the main point of Judaism!!! Looking at the stars to tell the future (astrology) used to be a big part of Judaism!! And, some of the world's premiere astrologers to this day are Jewish!!! (Sydney Omar, etc.) (I know he "died" recently...) (And , yes, i do know that everyone might be Jewish and not know it... it depends how you view G-d, history, love, genetics, transmigration of souls, etc...) Now, Judaism "abandoned" astrology for many reasons. ... I hear that a premierie reason was that it took too much of the possibility of each day from us and put it into the hands of the stars/G-d, all of which is supposedly predetermined... The point is, it is ok to consult the stars to see what you will be facing, just not for how to deal with it.. according to some... Many have shunned astrology or the tarot because if a teacher gives advice, the teacher/healer should be there in the future for future advice... getting advice from a newspaper could suffice, but also could be insufficient -- probably insufficient... Also, focusing on the stars to determine the future instead of ourselves/G-d is totally twisted... So many people feel helpless just because their stars predict trouble... Now, no more of that, ok!!!! Some might say I have too much time on my hands if I am discussing these issues... We know otherwise!!! Now, for an update!! I mean what has been up with my life... As you may have heard (or may not), I have been HOMELESS for the last 43 days or so.. and all I can say, to riff on Garrett Morris of old SNL fame, "Homelessness been berry berry good to ME, BABY!!" Sure, you could call me mentally ill... I could call you mentally ill... But, I don't like name calling!!! Some say, "Fred, you are not destitute, why are you homeless?"... Like most homeless people, it is somewhat between necessity and desire... If paying $1700 for an apartment is piss for you, then by all means keep your apartment... but if it is difficult, or even a struggle, I highly suggest the mobile living solution... By that, I mean a van, a UPS truck, whatever... I have been living out of Chaya, my old diesel Benz, soon to be converted to run on any used fryer oil... "Where do you sleep?"... Well, the back seat is a little tight, especially as I have all of my survival gear in there (emergency tire inflator+jumper, dried fruit+ fish, etc.) even if it was empty, it is tight.. So, I have been sleeping on the beach in Southern CA, at an undisclosed, safe location.. I will reveal no more, as I don't want to increase the traffic at the site, and also don't want anyone to know where I am... As Freddy Mercury and Queen so eloquently put it in "Killer Queen": "To avoid complications, she never kept the same address... In conversation , she spoke just like a baroness.." Well, you get the point!!! It is nobody's business where I sleep... Now, I also occasionally stay with friends.. I will not elaborate, but my friends are extremely well hooked and generous, real menschen, who always take care of me in a pinch... Now, just in case you never thought about these things, it is quite "easy" to be homeless, at least if you can find a public park... Now, in the old days, one could sleep in a park at night and not get busted... these days, you must find a nook to do so, which is still possible... But, the simple solution, if you don't care about other people's schedules, is to sleep a few hours in the park during the day, and stay up all night walking, jogging, playing ultimate frisbee, volleyball, rollerblading, biking, whatever!!!! I haven't gotten to that hardcore homeless level , YET, as I do like to be awake during sunlight if at all possible, but I am just throwing ideas out there... Anyway, the only problem with my current setup is I would like to be able to sleep in my vehicle, on a moment's notice... say you get really tired all of a sudden, and don't want to drive an hour and risk your own and others' lives,... or say you want to go to a party and drink alcohol, and don't want t! o drive with detectable levels of alcohol in your system... or say you meet a hottie and you need some privacy!!! (now, on the issue of "pre-marital" sex, let me briefly say that in ancient Judaism (and probably other traditions too), one of the four ways to get married was to have sex... so "premarital sex" would be impossible, an oxymoron... we can debate later whether using a condom, or being on the pill, negates marriage through "intercourse", or even counts as sex, or just as pleasuring oneself... on the subject of what constitutes a "marriage" , I must mention that modern Jews (and other people) put a lot of weight on there being some ceremony, with a rabbi, guests, a chuppa, vows, a broken glass, dancing, sex, etc... Boy this subject can get sticky... ba dum bum... I have been thinking of going raw for the last few years... I mean raw vegan... yes, only living on raw fruits and veggies... I AM currently probably 20-50% raw, depending on the day... lamo, but getting there... I am in much better shape than most of my life, because of a combination of eating better and exercising more... just push it hard when exercising... I tend to push it too hard, especially on the weights... recently joined Gold's gym in Venice, and have been working out there when i want to shower to get the sand out of my hair... will probably start hitting the weights every day, alternating upper and lower day by day... will probably start being a personal trainer/ encourager soon, when people see how ripped I get and wanna look just like me!!! On the subject of eating healthy, just let me say it is highly preferable to eating like shit, but that level of activity is equally if not more important... why just go with one though, when you can do both? Now, on the subject of obesity, let me say a few things... "I'm not just the president of the Hair Club for Men, I'm a client"... that's right I have plugs... not... what I mean is I used to weigh 30-40 lbs. more in pure blubber... now, on some people, like my Great Grandma Helen, may she rest in peace, 300 lbs. of blubber looks really good... Now, before I go on, let me just say that people today make obesity out to be this big national killer.... well, all things considered, i'm sure that obesity will shorten one's lifespan... but Great-Grandma Helen did live till 991/2 years old... she might have made it to 120 or 200 without the obesity, but 991/2 ain't bad... you may now ask what her secret to long life was... First of all, she was always active... she was always knitting me and my brother and cousins booties and mittens and blankets, and cooking and eating chicken soup and pastries all the time... very little red meat, as far as i know... she also ate at least one clo! ve of raw garlic every day, minced into a raw salad... no smoking of tobacco, cannabis, opium, speed, etc.. no sniffing glue.. she did not drink alcohol as far as I know, but probably had a thimbelfull of wine or brandy on shabbos... she had lots of sex with her husband, not with a condom as far as i know, and had many children, ... (she was very poor financially when she was a young woman working in NYC, living in a tight tenement on the Lower East Side, and had a few abortions when finances made feeding more mouths and housing more bodies look impossible... She wanted to keep all the children, she just thought they would starve if they were born!!) She also ate lots of pickles which she made from fruit we grew in our garden... tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic... also, she ate lots of borscht, with a little sour cream sometimes... no coffee as far as I know (probably significant)... Always busy with the children, the work (she and Great-Grandpa Max owned and ran a fruit and nut stand in NYC), the grandchildren, the great-grandchildren (me).... she died before my counsins had their kids, but she was just 2-3 years short of being a great-great-grandmother!!!!! I really miss her... she was so loving with such a big smile always... Now, sorry to be a pain in the ass, but I must discuss smoking versus obesity versus total health for a minute... Great Grandma Helen (Berman, nee Feldman) had two daughters, Grandma Rose (my grandmother) and Aunt Esther (her younger sister..)..... Grandma Rose was always sweet, gorgeous, thin, and smoked... And such a doll!!!... Aunt Esther was always heavy, and also smoked... Grandma Rose died many years ago, of mini-strokes and congestive heart failure caused by smoking... and mostly from a broken heart, from missing my grandfather, who died about 10 years before her.. they were so attached, when he died, she did not know how to go on.... they had met when she was "young" (22) and Papa Murray (Rosof) was "old" (37), and fell deeply in love upon first sight, and stayed together until Papa Murray died about 40 years later, of a massive stroke in his sleep (he had first had many strokes and heart attacks, mostly probably due to a combination of obesity and massive stress!)... He died and she couldn't go on, so she died a few years later... Now, as far as smoking goes, Aunt Esther ! smoked, and ate a lot, and never got lung cancer, thank G-d (she is now in her eighties) and almost had a heart attack a few years ago until she had quadruple bypass surgery, and is still with us thank G-d... Her husband, Uncle Sidney, died of lung cancer a few years ago, caused by ingesting second-hand smoke for years... He was always thin and active... We must remember that everyone dies of something, but the more we can not only live longer, but live healthier, the better!!! that is the spirit in which this is written... Which brings me to the subject of the massive world war now going on, and the importance of our nation's participation... First of all, it takes two to tango.. Sat, May 14, 10:56 pm Well, made it through Fri the 13th without any incident as far as I know... Oh, yeah, I did puke around midnight last night, after drinking a decent quantity of sake (rice wine), which pickled whatever was in my stomach (some raw yellowtail, some picked cucumbers, some udon noodles and broth...) (I hear you yelling: get a life!!)... ok, anyway, so I woke up in the middle of the night, puked, went back to bed, and woke up in an undisclosed location with a two-foot diameter red puddle of vomit near my head... Thank G-d it didn't smell that bad... There was already one fly buzzing there who knew what a great score of a meal he had... Anyway, so I cleaned it up really quickly... it was easy because it stuck together well because it was really mucousy ... At first I thought, well, it's shabbat (the sabbath), so we aren't supposed to clean or scrub... then i thought how pissed off my anonymous friend would be to find I left a big pile of puke on his balcony, and how I would lose my balcony privileges if I left it, so I cleaned it.... Also, the rule! against cleaning doesn't apply in the home I think anyway... So, I had two oranges this morning, puked again, then drank some water and felt awesome, and smoked a bowl of weed and a cigarette and felt both better and worse... the weed somehow hit the spot, and so did the cigarette, but both also made me feel that i was poisoning myself with the smoke... I believe cannabis can be very good medicine, but is better eaten or drunk than smoked... I recently gave in and got a "Medical Marijuana" letter from my good friend, fellow Columbia grad Dr. Dean Weiss, M.D. Dr. Dean is a total mensch... A learned religious Jew, a great physician, and a great man... Now, the fact that I got a medical marijuana letter does not mean that I am giving up the fight to LEGALIZE ALL DRUGS!!! Far from it... I just didn't ever want to be in a situation, G-d forbid, where I was somehow busted smoking a grass cigarette without a letter from a doctor... I definitely do not need jail in my life... I will put Dr. Dean's phone number up here soon... He works a! t the Farmacy in West Hollywood, on Santa Monica, just east of Fairfax, every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday, from around noon to eight p.m., on a walk in basis (no appointments I believe)... I think a medical exam with him costs $150. All the people who work at the club are just total dolls, and the weed is superior and crystally, with nice red hairs and a skanky dank smell, like a rich fart... So, the irony is that I have been trying for years to permanently quit all forms of smoking... So, i once made a bet with Dr. Dean that I would quit, then I lost the bet and paid up.. So, we made another bet, about three hours ago, that I will never smoke anything again (with the exception of the rare chance I come upon a joint laced with real D.M.T., the "businessman's hallucinogen", and probably the strongest, cleanest, most natural hallucinogen known to mankind... maybe I'll get lucky at the Burning Man this year... or maybe I'll join an aborigine tribe in Australia and smoke it daily like morning coffee, before blowing the digeridoo till i trip my balls off... And yes, blowing a wind instrument can make you trip.. I think I once triggered a DMT release in my brain by blowing the shofar (ram's horn used to welcome in the Jewish New Year, and to scare away evil spirits during exorcisms... in ancient times used to gather all the tribes to a central meeting area, launch wa! rs, communicate across mountain ranges, etc..)... And let me warn you, the headaches can be massive from blowing the shofar, and could i believe possibly trigger a stroke in extreme circumstances, so be careful.. So, the bet is for $180, and it is that I will never smoke anything again (except DMT). The bet will be evaluated a month from today. The forever part is up to me... i win the bet by just not smoking for one month!!! As long as I'm going on a health kick, i think i'll go all the way... as previously announced, i have considered going totally raw vegan for a while.. I might miss the raw fish... i might not!! i might add raw fish back into my diet, i might not... i'm leaning against it, honestly... the last piece of sushi i had, i was gagging... it was great fish (just $5 for a massive uncut slab of yellowtail from Mitsuwa, on the corner of Venice Blvd. and Centinella, a market I have recently gotten into which will miss my business big time if I go raw!! A ! totally amazing Japanese market, but not healthy from a raw perspective at all!! Except for maybe the fish part....) Yes, I will miss cooked foods, but probably not much.. I mean, been there, done that!! I will probably miss eggplant parmaigana the most, but I hear that some raw restaurants have variations, like Leaf on Washington does I know (no, I haven't tried raw eggplant vegan parmagiana yet..) hard to imagine it matching the hot melty cheese, the crisply fried eggplant, the steaming tomato sauce...)... Well, i don't get it much anyway, and i know that the raw foodies say that even a popcorn kernal is massively poisonous if you are raw... now, as to the question of how one could be so disciplined, it really can be easy.. from what i've read raw foodies say on this subject, they could never be as disciplined as they are if they found it to be a burden... but the fact is they are so much healthier and happier from the change that they wouldn't even consider going back... I will report back from my adventures in raw.. the only problem is! , i will never then be able to enjoy a cooked shabbat meal ever again, as they are always cooked up till now (we will all change that together i am sure!) so if you are reading this and have shabbat meals, for friends, please start having the option of lots of raw organic fruits and veggies so your raw guests will not go hungry, and have to sit there drinking water while everyone else rips into a steaming juicy bird carcass!!! I will miss matzo ball chicken soup... not to mention coffee, chocolate, etc... now, if i am getting sick, i reserve the right to bring back the chicken soup, known as the Jewish Penicillin... i might even bring fried eggs back into my diet.. i might not... we shall see... I once went raw vegan for four days, and let me tell you, it was awesome!!! i felt so naturally high, i can barely explain it! Better than any high I've ever felt (except for dmt, from the rain forest in Australia, which you don't want to be on all the time I would think!!) On the raw diet, you feel high, light, and emotionally lifted. you get a buzz and a clarity, like being on natural, healthy speed. I hear that the raw diet acts like speed in your system, and that you have to sleep very little, and get a constant boner guys.. that's right, you will be hard always.. that's what my women friends who are raw vegan tell me!! But, unlike being on speed or coke, you will be hard, then come, then get hard quickly again, come again, and so on , and so on, and so on, to quote the faberge organics shampoo ad again!! As I mentioned, i have been more active than at most parts of my life lately... my favorite sport is still rollerblading, with body-surfing right up there.. the cardio is really from the blading, but I will start swimming much more in the ocean.. if its clean enough for the dolphins, it's clean enuf for mee!! i will eat raw garlic daily to prevent major sickness, of course!! i mean there is shmutz in that water... probably some radioactive shmutz too, as well as oil and tar from oil spills i've been seeing on the sand lately... tons of tar from some oil spill... so evil!! A good friend of mine, Alex in Venice, who runs the HOSTPRO.COM server (maybe it's .net), told me that about 10 years ago, he started testing the sewers in Venice and Santa Monica for radioactivity, and he did find one sewer with high levels of radioactivity, and he reported it to the city, and they scoped out the sewer and caught a hospital dumping their waste there!! Disgusting and horrible, yes, b! ut true!! I have my suspicions that this dumping, as well as other environmental hazards, are causing high levels of cancer very locally (Venice and SM).. This would be an awesome lawsuit if we could find the cause of the poisons, and tie it to elevated levels of cancer locally... which i have recently been told of!!! So, if any of you want to help me sue them, contact me! I am a lawyer, and passed the NY bar, and will take the CA one soon... I know I can do some things now, the question is how much, without passing the CA bar exam.. What we learned in law school is that you can file any paperwork, and must only associate with local counsel to appear in court in person... So, lets start compiling stats on cancer... I bet we could plot cases locally on a map and find some cancer hot spots, then sue the companies responsible!!! The people behind the corporate pollution would of course be criminally liable for murder and infliction of bodily injury, not to mention perso! nally civilly liable... Just got new frames for my blades which hold 100 mm wheels, and I am so psyched.. Just had a craving for a cigarette and fought it off.. so the new wheels are so much faster, it's amazing.. actually, to fit the current boot, i went with frames that hold 3 100 mm wheels and one (second from the front) 84 mm wheel.. very fast set up, much faster than my old rig of 5 84mm wheels per skate. My current boots are falling apart though, and have always hurt me anyways the last 2-3 years, so it might be time to go custom finally... we shall see.. So, I want to sell everything I own, or donate it to charity... I have a massive storage space filled with crap right now, and want to ditch all the crap, aka stuff!! Anyway, we had an awesome talk, and she really does think i'll be great at acting... i just have to get her the head-shots still.. i had a friend take some shots, then lost the rolls of film... brilliant.. so , after leaving her office in Beverly Hills, I went and had a small, shitty meal somewhere, then went to Mrs. Fields, and had to wait while the man in front of me paid... well, who should it be but Al Pacino... yes, the Al Pacino!! I shit you not: Scarface Himself aka Tony Montana!! He gave me a super freaked out look... he was with one of his two new young sons, who was eating an ice-cream cone almost as big as his head!!! He and the kid wer! e so cute... i didn't want to bother them... also, at first, i knew i recognized pacino, that he was someone famous, but i couldn't place well, it is 3 am now on Sunday (not sundae, you maniacs)... so I will continue after catching a few hours of sleep on a balcony at an undisclosed location in LA... by the way, i would have driven to Malibu tonight, but couldn't find my glasses and would rather drive with them at night... i think i am getting allergic to being indoors, which is not a bad thing... more tomorrow... i want to sleep now, which is hard with no crashing waVES!! Why? I bet he'll do a better job than Hahn's been doing! hassling the poor and homeless has to stop!! any society must be judged by how it treats its least well off, and LA right now is not looking too compassionate... they destroyed the boardwalk in venice, and hahn didn't peep!! The lottery by which spaces are doled out is on the Jewish Sabbath, so Jews who pray in synagogue on shabbat are banned from selling goods for a living on the boardwalk... the muslims, hindus, and christians consider the lottery forced gambling which totally violates their religious convicitons!! Yes, i and others will sue them (feel free to e me here if you want a little help with the lawsuit!!)... In the meantime, we really must just do the right thing and usher in a new e! ra of hope and elect the city's first Hispanic mayor!! Si Se Puede!! (Yes, I was at the Caesar Chavez rally about 45 days ago, and it was awesome!! maybe it was 30 days ago.. whatever!!) Very exciting to see our city's Hispanic youth charged up about helping the world, improving their own lives, improving the lives of everyone in the world!! At that crowd, Villagairosa was the big favorite!! Well, I don 't know too much about these guys, but I do know that a change would be good now, and Hahn should be thrown out for coming up with the airport security boondoggle anyway!! And, Villagairosa is hungry!! Hungry to make the city better for all its citizens, not just the wealthiest or English-speaking ones!! Si Se Puede!!!!! Go Villagairosa Go!!! Now, a brief note on drug testing... A good friend of our family , who i think about often, Arthur Lack, once got tested for drugs when a big company bought the newspaper he worked at as a business writer (I think it was the Herald-Tribune)... He tested positive for opium. He had to convince them he had never shot up and that he ate a poppy bagel every day, which he did!! So, each tiny poppy seed has a tiny amount of opium in it! think about it! Drug tests are evil, and definitely discriminate against Jewish people, who I would think consume the majority of poppy bagels!! Maybe America has changed, and all americans consume poppy bagels now!! still, the tests must go! And, i forgot the biker's name, who said he has the blood of a phantom twin in his blood... well, as long as he might be telling the truth, he can't be banned from the sport.. that is obvious!! NOW, IT IS TIME for an update of the greatest importance!!!! All is well in Fredland! I am eating well, getting good sun, exercising, about to go for a swim/boogeyboard!! The truth is, it is very gorgeous here in Venice, and life is gorgeous today!! I must mention, I have recently had incredible encounters with a few of my idols, and someone I had never heard of before, but flipped after I found out who they were!!! Drumroll... OK, to start out with, about two months ago, when I was going to the S.M. Hospital to check up on my good and amazing friend Andre Philippe, who thanks to my other good friend, Dr. Elly Goldstein, and the fantastic and holy hospital workers, nurses especially, and Andre's other amazing doctors, he has thanks to your prayers had an incredible and miraculous recovery, but at the time I was visiting him in the hospital in Santa Monica and he didn't look that great at the time, but he was definitely hanging in there, and is now even putting on some weight and riding his bike every day, Baruch Hashem!! They are calling him the miracle boy at his doctor's office, so thank you all for all your prayers... you really did help save him miraculously !!! Baruch Hashem!! Anyway, when I was at the hospital, for the last time thank G-d, now that he is on a speedy recovery and cancer-free, thank G-d, BARUCH HASHEM, and THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR PRAYERS!!!!> which HELPED SO MUCH !!!!! ANYWAY, WHO should I see as I was leaving the gorgeous new wing at the cancer hospital, than GEORGE SOROS, the one and only, multi-Billionaire JEWISH MENSCH PHILANTHROPIST AND MORAL FIGHTER FOR FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY EVERYWHERE GEORGE SOROS!!!! I WAS SO PSYCHED I CAN'T TELL YOU!!! HE IS SO ONE OF MY MAJOR INSPIRATIONS IN LIFE!! WHAT A TOTAL MENSCH!! When ecstacy has been used "successfully" in psychiatry, so actually could be good medicine for some people, meaning mabye it does make some people feel better sometimes... still, too dangerous to do, as I would bet ritalin is too!!! But you don't see parents going to jail for drugging their kids with ritalin, do you?? Or politicians for pushing principals to push teachers to push kids until they feel that to "perform" they must take drugs, which probably won't even help!! Now, I believe add is a bullshit way to describe someone, but if anyone meets the description, it's moi!!! But I made it through pre-school, kindergarten, elementary school, junior high all in Worcester Mass, then, onto Exeter, Columbia, Georgetown law without taking one pill to help me do better, and I did incredibly well. I even did the best in the city one year on a "standardized test" and always did incredibly well on those without one pill! I just practiced for them as they got harder, like the PSAT, the SAT, the LSAT!! Everyone knows that they could get a perfect score with extra time, so granting some students extra time is just so unfair!!! The tests are unfair, and i don't believe they should be used at all, but extra time for some is just so wrong!! And I am very angry that the tv show how clean is your house on lifetime used me as some poster boy to sell speed... very angry!!!

DECEMBER 10th - OK, only have a few minutes, so must say all I can as quickly as possible!! So, I hear that there is now a court ordered recount about to happen in OHIO, but that the ELECTORAL COLLEGE will be meeting on MONDAY, BEFORE THE RECOUNT EVEN STARTS, to RATIFY THE RESULTS OF THE ELECTION BEFORE THE RECOUNT CAN HAPPEN!!!!! First of all, many were excluded from voting, who will never be included in a recount!! That includes those "convicted of felonies" and those who the voting registrars could find any excuse to exclude, such as, "a dorm room doesn't count as a legal residence"!!! BULLSHIT!!!! OF COURSE A DORM ROOM IS A LEGAL RESIDENCE!!! and other reasons, like WHATEVER!!!!!!!! You get the point!! We must demand that the ELECTORAL COLLEGE at least wait till the recount is done, and the electronic voting machines can be stripped down and the code examined, as well as testimony of those working for those companies testifying as to illegal instructions to rig the machines!! This guy DIEBOLD's statement about doing anything possible to insure BUSH "WINS" is probable cause to investigate a crime, and to truly doubt the results of this election!!! If this investigation finds that there was any fraud, then Kerry would win because he only conceded the election because he was fooled by a massive conspiracy, so Kerry would win!!! Nov. 8, 2004 Well, the election is over, and everyone is saying that Bush won. I don't know if this is true or not, and we never will!! There were many "voting irregularities," especially in states which were the most important, like Ohio and Florida and North Carolina! I read on the AP wire that at least one whole computer full of votes was lost due to "too much storage"!!!! That is beyond obscene!!! ("Yeah, there were too many votes for Kerry, so we spilled a coke on the computer!") Moreover, given that many of the voting machines used were electronic, and the head of one of the major companies (Diebold I hear his name is!) said he would do anything for Bush, we should all really doubt whether Bush won at all!! It is so easy to program those ATM voting booths to do whatever you want, it is not funny!! (Well, the right computer wizards could easily pull it off!) And, paper printouts is no solution, of course, as the computer could easily print one thing and relay different info to the counting people!!!! So, yes, I am terrified that this last election was stolen!!! And, we will never know the truth!!! Kerry conceded, because he believed Bush won!! Well, maybe Bush didn't!! The only way to know would be to subpoena every atm voting booth, as well as all the computers and files related, and spend a year or two investigating!! The only probable cause needed is that Diebold guy's statement!!! Bingo, criminal investigation!!!! This investigation should be done, given his statement!!! ALL ATM voting machines should be investigated, as well as all "irregularities," like long lines and lost registrations! I did concede to Kerry in the last few weeks of the election, and I am very upset that he lost or had the election stolen from him!! We will never know!! He and Teresa and the kids and the VP and his wife whom I pray gets healthier immediately and is cancer free forever all put up an incredible, powerful, dizzying attack on the forces of Bush evil!! I am just sad they (and we all) lost hard on election night!!!!! And, this not letting felons vote is total bullshit!!! The "supreme court" is really wack not even hearing the case as to whether a state can violate the federal equal protection clause!!! Of course a state could, and most do every day!! That's why the court didn't even want to hear the case, because the violation was so egregious!! Now, as you know, I do not believe in the concept of "race", but I do admit that it is a major part of American law to date!! Not letting someone vote is wrong, no matter what that person's color is !!!!! Especially given that there are at least 5 million felons who cannot vote, and even if you believe Bush he only won by like 4 million!! Given that many of the "felons" would vote to elect people who would change many of those "felonies" like growing a pot plant into non-crimes, calling America a democracy, even if every vote cast was correct, is a total joke!! Also, as a "third-party candidate" (or 10th!), I have decided that the electoral college system is evil!!! They just call it a college!! It is really a way to take democracy away from the people!! What we really need is a parliamentary system, so that shifting alliances could move to accomplish little goals, like legalizing "drugs" or ending the war in Iraq!!!!!!!!! So, yes, we need to pray for democracy, and then do anything we can to bring it about!! Like fighting legally for a parliamentary system!!!

The TV show with the English ladies, "How Clean Is Your House" is airing tonight on Lifetime network at 11 pm! Be there or be square!!! I love those people so much!!! Cindy, the producer, was totally a joy and a wonder to behold her forceful genious!! Kimm and Abbey were so sweet!! Brilliant, funny, proud women!! I can't wait to see them again soon!!!

Not to mention a healer!!! Well, the LA city council has voted last week to DESTROY VENICE BEACH, and take away ALLL OF OUR FREE SPEECH RIGHT TO PICK UP A MEGAPHONE THERE AND GIVE A TALK!!! Under the guise of helping the shopowners on the boardwalk, the council instituted, by unanimous vote last week, when everyone was busy motivating for Kerry, a "lottery system" whereby one must pay a $25 fee to the city to enter a lottery to be allowed to have a space!!! They are destroying the right of an artist to just set up, paint, and sell a work for a donation!! They are destroying the right of a "political activist" to roll into town and set up a booth for their cause or candidate, as people for Kerry, as well as the General, and even Schwartzenegger did, right in front of my apartment, the fascist!!!! We must fight, under the right to free speech and religious expression, this totally EVIL boardwalk law!!! I pray the court understands, this will not only destroy Venice, it will desrtroy all of our right to free speech!!!

This three strikes law is evil, and "the Gov" was fighting to keep it as evil as possible, and won!! I am about to vote, and before doing so (and spending at least an hour reading the initiatives, etc.!), then driving old people who can't move to vote, I hope! If they want!! Anyway, must do a final post! Must address Kerry and Israel, quick!! Obviously, I am Jewish, and pro-Israel, and pro-Kerry! And many other Jews are too! Being pro-Israel does not mean being pro-Bush, no matter what some might try to lead you to believe!! World war, and one in which many Muslims are targeting Jews specifically, does NOT help Jews, it hurts us, and Israel! I mourn and cry every day about the murders of innocent Jews every day!! And Of innocent Muslims, and everyone else too! And I know that the only way for there to be peace is to try to chill out on the killing, which I believe is what Kerry wants to do, if at all possible!! Still, I incredibly deeply believe in Israel's right to exist, in peace, forever, and for Jews and all people of peace and love and all people in the world to have love forever... what I mean is, this killing is getting out of control, and try to make some peace with everyone in Israel, and in the whole world also!! Darfur is just a horror now, with massacres reminiscent of Nazi Germany's attack on the Jews, Gypsies, etc.!! Not to mention the AIDS plague stealing God's beautiful lives daily!!! So, yes, we have our work cut out for us, but voting for Bush will only make things worse!! Attacking Iraq didn't help Israel much, as Hussein would have never have been so stupid after his first loss to Kuwait (and big friend USA), to attack Israel!! But now there is a lot more anti-Jewish hatred in the world, hurting us all worldwide!! I believed in WWII deeply, although I wish the killing camps and rails had been taken out when being built!! Nov. 1st!! I was just in DC and NY, campaigning for Kerry!!! I had to face the fact I was losing, and it was shaping into a race between good and evil, right and wrong, freedom and slavery!!! So, I vote for freedom, and I pray we all do tomorrow!! Yes, I want to end the war tomorrow and Kerry isn't talking about that, yes I want to end the war on drug users tomorrow and free all such non-violent convicts from jail!!! And Kerry isn't talking about these important things!!! But, the game is up, and we can fight on another day, but to help preserve that right to fight for a better day, I now believe we must throw our support behind John Kerry and team to preserve the right to fight for a better world another day!!! They will bring a new world of freedom, versus a world under a ruthless dictator named Bush!!! So, I am praying hard that John, John, Teresa, etc. win tomorrow, BIG TIME!!! Bush STOLE the last election, so voting for Kerry is voting for democracy!!! It's showing the dictator he can't steal it twice and get away with it!!! It means a massive turnout tomorrow for Kerry, and being psyched about it, and reminding your friends to vote... tomorrow we must all vote, and I PRAY WE ALL VOTE FOR KERRY!!!!! I was friends with his wife Mrs. Heinz Kerry and stepson Andre many years ago, and they are the most amazing loving caring brilliant people I have ever met, by far!!! I forgot to mention, the VICE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE Hella Winston, the brilliant gorgeous shining light Hella Winston, is off the ticket, having decided she does not think that 13 year-olds are or can become responsible enough to be legally responsible for themselves!!! We disagreed, so she's off the ticket!! I still love her, and understand that she disagreed with me enough on this point to drop off the ticket!!! She is writing a thesis on one or two small chasidic communities in NY, and I think that she feels that women should not be married at that age... What she doesn't realize is that really, giving 13 year olds rights would not only legally enable them to be in loving marriages, it would enable them to get out of abusive relationships, often from a father or stepfather... SO, things are not as simple as they look!! 13 year olds and up are fooling around, that's just reality... they should just legally be allowed to vote, marry, have families.. it is only right!!! The voting age is 18, which is way too high as one can go and fight in the army at that age!!! We better never have a draft again!!! But even without a draft, it is only right to allow younger adults to vote, as they would be the first ones to fight... Age of 18 to fight, and 18 to vote is insane!!! Has to be 13 to vote if young people are demographically ever to have control of their lives... Not to mention... IT is only right to let young adults be EMANCIPATED!!!!!!! It is ONLY RIGHT!!!!! they need FREEDOM, NOT SLAVERY!!!!! Rights , not control!!!! The right not to go to high school, as well as the right to go to college and even grad schoo1!!!!!!! The right to get married, or start a career!!! The right to leave an abusive household, and not be forced into an evil foster home!!! Also, I believe in ending all standardized tests, as these are an abusive tool used to control students also! 10/27/04 Fantasy Freddy and Baby throw the race to Kerry and Edwards and Teresa!!!!!! We are upset to throw it, but realize that we have not even registered in the polls yet, but will soon, but in the meantime, this is right now a two person race, between Kerry and Bush, and Kerry, Edwards, and Mrs. Heinz are a million, sorry, billion, ways better than Bush, who is no better than a NAZI as far as I can see right now!! I mean bombing buildings filled with people, even hitting outdoor wedding ceremonies it appears, as well as the horrors of Abu Ghraib!!!! I mean REALLY!!!!!! These people are totally sick, and gotta go now!!!! The record is totally clear, that Bush has launched a world war without purpose, while we could have gotten by with just a message of love, and taken out say the 100-200 close troops he had. I mean, the picked highjackers were flipping out, getting drunk in a bar, yelling in Arabic, refusing to pay a bill until the cops were almost called!!!! I mean, those "training camps" in Afghanistan might have just been schools and universities!! We will never know!! But what we do know is that Bush allowed twenty guys with boxcutters to start a world war!!!! Now the war has been fought, and it appears won in Afghanistan (or largely), and lost in Iraq!!!! So time to pull out!! This is about getting people to love and not want to kill us, so might as well stop killing right now to promote that!!! Yes, we want them to institute a loving society there!!! But it is hard to do anything when people don't stop killing us every day, because we are killing them every day!!! If we just back out now, the killing might continue, but we will not be a part of it!! Just because people want to own arms does not mean they want to export a war! What I mean is I would think that people there just want us out of their lives, and there is no real risk of an exported land attack. Random murder sprees by Muslims might continue, so we will all will have to be hyper-vigilant!!! And, of course, we want to prevent random murder sprees by Christians and Jews too!! Killing is to be avoided at all costs, of course!!! The only question is when is it necessary as self defense! Well, for now, a truce would be in order I would think!! We just stop killing on all sides immediately!!! It's the best Baby and I can think of !!! I mean, the killing has to stop now! All else is irrellevant!! If we want peace to be a reality, we just have to pray for it every second, and make it a part of our lives every second!! Helping others however we can, of course!! But doesn't food, hospital care, electricity, water, help a lot more to get people to like you than shooting!! I mean really!!! Very easy choice!!! Now, Kerry has not said he will pull out tomorrow! Which I think would be better, by far!!! But, he said within four years the troops would be out!! Now, that is better than forever, which I think is Bush's plan!! And of course, Kerry has talked about continuing the waR on drugs, which is really just a war on loving Americans who have a taste for some exotic herbs, or special recipes even!! Would I recommend getting addicted, or even using "drugs"? Not really, usually... depends on who when where what etc... But usually, intense health is best, of course!!! But as to legality, no, that is just cruel. We must overturn those laws, as well as release those in jail for non-violent drug offenses, of course!!! As to all other people in jail, all I have to say about this whole subject is, and this is harsh, but totally the truth is that Bush stole the election, then appointed judges, who therefore are illegal judges, to the court! Then, he had his "justice department" and "law enforcement" spy on all the people and political activists and even real political office holders of the "loyal opposition" and had these Democrats or political activists even arrested under the pretense of extreme bullshit!!! It's BUSH SHIT!!!! And it must end!!! ON THE PLANE, a man sitting next to me, who I believe really supported the campaign, and I know I heard "BUSH CAN LICK MY ASS" on his MP3 player, he asked me if I thought Bush was like Hitler! Well, I hesitated, but the point is, well, this killing is uncalled for now, so yes!! So, Kerry will continue the killing for I guess four years!! If necessary!! Well, I was a securities trader, made and lost three fortunes. I carried the losses back three years, saying that was my business, as it was. Before doing so, I refiled for 1998, in 2001 (switching my designation to day trader from individual investor for those years)... then the irs sent me a bill for several thousand dollars I did not have, then put a lien on me for that amount, , then in 2002 I filed for 1999, 2000, 2001, showing them that all the taxes I paid in 1998 and 1999 were erased by losses in 2000, so I was owed a refund of the taxes paid that year. To qualify as a business, it must be your main source of income for a while I believe. Also, for some reason, it helps with the tax code to be a trader rather than an investor. You would have an argument that you were trading if you sold a security within a year of buying it, I believe. Writ large, this can erase large amounts from the feds, transferring it to the state treasuries, credit cards, and accountants!! No more money for war now!!! Yeahh!!!!! Legalize Everything!!!! Freddy and Baby Campaign Update!!!! 06.28.04 We are still in the race, and now it is just down to me and Baby, Kerry and Bush. (We beat all those other "democratic contenders" sitting down!)... (Baby, as you will find out soon as you read on, is the super-cute doggie owned by super-incredible super-famous psychedelic activist artist Kenny Scharf)... Yes, I know the election is coming up, but I still truly believe that Baby and I still have a chance to win this election, because it only takes a second or less to change one's mind, and there are several months left till this election!!! Why we should and will win: We are the only major candidates with this unique mix of being against all war, pro-Israel, and against government intrusion in our lives of any sort!! We believe the government should be here to help our lives if we really need it (like for instance for a free sleeping bag and tent or van and some food if someone doesn't have those things and is on the edge of survival)... And doubling the minimum wage (not just a 35% increase as Kerry talks about!!)... Before we go on any further about any of our grand plans, the main thing is to STOP THIS CRAZY WAR NOW!!!! Yes, that means pull out of Afghanistan and Iraq immediately!! Some people say, "Well, we shouldn't have gone into Iraq, but now that we are there, we have to finish the job... It is a hotbed of terrorists over there!" My response is: Yes, the U.S. made a bad mistake going into Afghanistan and way worse in going into Iraq!! These were countries filled with populations who had no real ill will towards us or the rest of the world, but with people in positions of power who mostly liked to talk a lot of shit about the rest of the world... Now, they are filled with people who hate us immensely, but in the near term are mostly scared for their lives and safety!!! As for 9/11, all I can say is, I was flying armed for FOUR YEARS before 9/11 anticipating such an attack, and anyone who was flying unarmed really dropped the ball in this case!!! By armed, I mean I had a small 2" blade, a bigger 4" blade, and pepper spray on every flight, with my hands on the weapons, ready to rock!!! It was very easy to do!!! (Carried them on in side pocket of carryon luggage, and transferred them to my pockets before sitting down!)... Once I accidentally brought on the pepper spray, got away with it, and did it for the next few years till 9/11... So all I can say is that if our population and government was not ready for 9/11, you should have been!! I'm not gloating here; far from it. But really people, a little paranoia can go a long way towards safety!!! Somehow, our government thinks that some massive world domination effort, along with a massive spying effort, with save the world. First of all, someone is going to have to explain to me how we are bringing freedom to people by killing and maiming them. If that's what freedom looks like, a lot of people will vote for life with tyrrany!! Secondly, to call the politics that Bush is pushing with our domestic or foreign policy "freedom" is really an oxymoron!! America has the highest percentage of any population in jail in the world, except for mainland China!!! The same goes for executions in jail ("the death penalty")... As for Afghanistan, Iraq, etc., bringing U.S. style drug laws to those nations is a formula to arrest the whole country. That is because in these Muslim countries alcohol is unacceptable, but smoking weed, hash, or opium is part of everyday life!! And isn't considered "drug use" but rather "chilling out"!! So, why would these people support "freedom" if at the best it means either jail for smoking "drugs", and at the worst it means death!!!! As for the argument that if the U.S. pulls out we will just be left with a "hotbed of terrorists", we will really just be left with a bunch of people who are sick and tired of getting bombed, and just want to move on with their lives!!! Waging war is simply not the way to win the "hearts and minds" of a population. Waging peace and love is the way. And it has not been tried yet. 9/11 was a perfect opportunity for the U.S. to say to the rest of the world. "See, our enemies support killing. We don't. So we won't take their bait and respond to killing with killing. We support peace instead!!" That is not saying have no response to murder. It is saying respond to hate with love. As for the practical question of what to do in Afghanistan and Iraq now, the answer is to pull out all troops, send in humanitarian aid like food, tents, and blankets, and pray a lot. If the CIA and FBI thinks they can spy enough on Al Quaeda to infiltrate their organization, they are wrong... Very wrong!! They can barely speak Arabic, much less do so without an accent!! And, not all Muslim attacks are so coordinated from the top like U.S. attacks. They bubble up from below, with no organization at all, and no more credit line than a few hundred bucks!!! (Remember folks, box cutters and airplane tickets are cheap!!!!) As for our own laws, less control and more education is the only way this country will work. We need a government that helps people with food, health care, making a living, etc. Not one that tries to control us. All these people in power are there because they believe in controlling others. And we need to bring poeple to power (like me!) who believe in NOT controlling others! As for the other parts of my domestic policy, and there is more on this later, 1) If you are on a jury, always remember you are legally required to do whatever you want. You are not ever required to vote against your conscience. If you are confronted with a "defendant" busted for carrying a trunk full of weed, and you don't think weed should be illegal, let him or her free!!! It is your duty as an American!! 2) End "racism": There is no such thing as race, so if the government or their minions try to force you to check off your race, just check off "African American" because we are all originally from Africa, and all American now!! There's lots more later... (Many people say to me, "Fred, we heard your songs "MY CELLMATE'S FARTING" and "I'M A NUMBER"... what were you in jail for?" Two DUI's. That's "Driving Under the Influence" of alcohol. Yes, twice I was arrested with trace amounts of alcohol in my system. No, I wasn't drunk. I wasn't swerving or any crap like that. First time, I pulled into a bar quickly, parked, locked the car, got arrested two seconds later. Second time, an hour up Pacific Coast Hwy past midnight decided to take her up to 96 mph for 1-2 seconds, chilled down to 70 or so, then bam, arrested!!! No, I never swerved, and both times had more coca cola, food, and Red Bull in me than alcohol. Did three weeks in the slammer for the second one, and would have done four if it hadn't been for the month in rehab I did to try to prevent jail!! My point is, this bullshit is all a sick joke!! I wasn't even buzzed, yet was above the "legal Limit!!!" So Wack!!! I was a better driver with that tiny amount of alcohol in me than 99% of the drivers out there!!!! Way better solution to the problem bad drivers, which would get all bad drivers off the road: Annual driving tests for everyone. That would get ALL pathetic drivers off the road. If pulled over for bad driving, instead of an alcohol test, how about a video game test that would test reaction abilities. Anyone who failed would get a big ticket!!! Jail for not hurting someone, but for increasing the possibility of hurting someone, is WAY WACK!!!! As for this Abu Graib prison in Iraq, Baby and I are completely horrified! Many people (and a few animals) have asked me about what my and my co-candidates' qualifacations for major political office are... Well, None of us have been in a "MAJOR" motion picture (as far as we know) (do check out the Freddy movies on the front page of the site, though), but none of us believes this disqualifies us for major office!! SOLUTION:

IF ever asked your "race" on any form (kids, this includes standardized tests) check off the African-American box. When everyone does this (or even some of you) their sick system will be ruined. Checking this box is not a lie for anyone standing on American Soil

REASON:

Most of the world's scientists believe that humankind emerged from Africa - there is no such thing as "race." People do look differnt from each other (darker-lighter, fatter-shotter-taller, etc.) but there is no such thing as race. We just look different from each other.

"Affirmative Action" is based on the Nazi "science" of "race" - it is immoral to give anyone a bump up or down in any test scores based on their physical appearance, these tests only test how well someone can take the test, they mean nothing. (We might as well just abolish the tests - base admission on teacher recomendation (at the very least tests should be greatly deemphasized in the admissions process.))

But as far as race is concerened we are all one race, the human race, which emerged from Africa. If modern science later determines that humankind emerged from somewhere else - then we'll check off that regionw; for now we are all just "African-American."
